The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) and its partner, the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research (PCPSR), are inviting you to discuss the findings of the latest Palestinian Public Opinion Poll.

In addition to its regular trend questions, the poll will focus the public's perception of major recent developments:

  • Palestinian national reconciliation, or the lack thereof? Who is responsible for the failure? The poll also it examines attitudes regarding a possible return to a deal between Hamas and Mohammad Dahlan
  • The public's response to US funding cuts to UNRWA as well as the US administration's threat to cut PA funding in response to the suspension of Palestinian engagement with the US administration
  • Circulating parameters of Donald Trump's peace plan
  • Decisions made by the PLO Central Council and the public's perception regarding their implementation by President Abbas
  • The humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip
  • Reports on wiretapping by security services on phone conversations of senior individuals and politicians
  • Public perception of the reasons for the lack of public participation in non-violent resistance activities

Dr. Khalil Shikaki (Director, PSR) will present the findings and share his analysis, followed by an open discussion.
