The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in the Palestinian Territories organized an "Early Adenauer" roundtable discussion with young Palestinian political and civil society activists.

Dr. Muriel Asseburg, who is a senior fellow at the Middle East and Africa Division of the German Institute for International and Security Affairs, facilitated the discussion to learn more about the involvement of young Palestinians in public life.

The participants provided a critical analysis about the reality of youth nowadays in Palestine. Challenges and opportunities from a young perspective was highlighted during the discussion. And together with Dr. Asseburg, the participants brainstormed alternatives and potentials for ensuring a better engagement of youth in the Palestinian public life.
