Discussing „Land Disputes: Legal Framework and Practical Aspects “Ahmad Shar´ab presented the problem of land issues in the Palestinian Territories from the legal aspect and the political one. Mr. Shar´ab made it clear that the legislation in the Palestinian Territories always facilitated the political agenda of whoever was in charge of the Authority.
The concept of Legal Encounters taking place in several districts was successful. The attendance of different groups of people, their in dept questions and the debates show that there is a need to conduct more activities of this sort all over the West Bank.
