After he provided the audience with an overview of the definition and the development of a company as well as of its different types, Mr. Al-Zaeem eventually reported on the registration of companies as he explained for example the various forms of contracts and the procedural steps that have to be considered.

The lecture, which took place in the IoL building in Gaza, was attended by 34 lawyers.
