The stage performance of the book by German writer and journalist Michael Martens "In the Fire of the Worlds: Ivo Andrić - One European Life", which was declared one of the five best publicist books at the Leipzig Fair, premiered on March 8, 2022 as part of the program "Migration" European Capitals of Culture Novi Sad 2022.
The creative producer of the project is prof. Janko Ljumović, associate professor at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje, the adaptation for stage reading is signed by the writer Muharem Bazdulj, while the video art project was created by video artist Filip Mikić. Jovana Karaulić signs the executive production, and the project coordinator is Gordana Pilipović. The stage reading was performed by actors Mihajlo Đorović (Narrator) and Čubrilo Čupić (Andrić).
The project was realized in partnership between the Novi Sad Foundation - European Capital of Culture and the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation.
