The Workshop will be organized by Konrad Adenauer Foundation in cooperation with the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) and the Entrepreneurship Research and Education Network (ERENET). It will deal with major problems faced by start-ups and micro-/small enterprises. Governmental and non-governmental intermediaries supporting microfinance, the legislative framework and models of microfinance for the SME sector such as eligibility criteria, interest rates, time period and failure rate will be discussed.
