will be held with participation of representatives of the leading think-tanks from Ukraine, Moldova, countries of the Caucasus and Balkan regions, diplomatic missions of foreign states, MFA of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Navy, scientific and civil society organizations, and media.

The discussion will focus on Russian hybrid policy in South East Europe, its impact on European integration processes, its consequences and potential threats, existing and frozen conflicts in the region, ways to counter Russia's neo-imperialism and strengthen cooperation among countries in this context.

The event will be held with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Office in Ukraine in partnership with the Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI.

Location - Conference Hall in the Hotel “Bristol” (Odesa, 15 Pushkinska Street).
