New Publication:Wired for War How authoritarian states are weaponizing AI against the West with MIGS

In our previous volume and partnership with Montreal Institute for Global Security (MIGS), we have touched upon how instability is affecting geopolitics and new emerging disruptive technologies such as AI, Big Data, Space, Quantum and biotechnologies are changing freedom and security for democratic countries in a world of rising geopolitical uncertainty. In this volume, the authors Kyle Matthews and Marie Lamensch are touching upon the impact of Foreign, Information, Manipulation, and Interference (FIMI) as well as hybrid and cognitive warfare. We hope that this volume, Wired for War: How authoritarian states are weaponizing AI against the West, will create a guideline for politicians, diplomats and other policymakers across democratic countries, encouraging them to take into consideration the observations made in this report.
