Managing Conflict in Today’s Newsroom is a five-day programme run by KAS Media Africa and the Graduate School of Media and Communication at the Aga Khan University in Nairobi, Kenya. The course is aimed at equipping news managers with the skills to resolve workplace conflict and disagreement effectively. Participants will cover key conflict resolution concepts relevant to the functions of newsroom managers and leaders.
