Die neue Verfassung von 2007 weist der Criminal Division for Persons Holding Political Positions (SCP) des thailändischen Obersten Gerichtshofes eine bedeutende Rolle in der Rechtsprechung politischer Rechtsfälle zu.

Dieses Seminar bietet Richtern, Rechtsexperten und Wissenschaftlern ein Diskussionsforum über die neue Rolle und Funktion der SCP aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven.
