- Reinventing Trust
- Define the scope and expected outcomes of each theme
- Identify target groups, group diversity and recruitment
10.30 – 11.30 การออกแบบและเตรียมการจัดกิจกรรม Hackathon
- Confirm the one-day onsite format, venue requirements, number and layout of breakout groups, accessibility and livestreaming needs.
- Discuss the possible Hackathon process and facilitation tools
11.30 – 12.00 บทบาท ผลงานที่ต้องส่งมอบ และการดำเนินงานขั้นต่อไป
- Confirm the division of responsibilities between OPDC, relevant agencies and the academic team
- Identify required deliverables
- Recap decisions, designate point of contact and responsible persons and deadlines, and confirm the next meeting
