Serbia does not only find itself in a phase of dynamic political transition, but as well in a very complicated process of economic transformation. Unfortunately there are neither debates on regulatory policies nor a discourse about a progressive economic concept. Nevertheless could the principles of the Social Market Economy help, to counter social frictions. Within this framework, the KAS Serbia takes effort to contribute stimulation for a future debate about regulatory policies and to provide a possibility to get acquainted with examples from other countries.
