participate in the IX regional KAS-fellows-meeting in the Balkans, which will take place in Zrenjanin.

Climate change has become a hot topic for global society and environmental issues are challenging every country. Today already several parts of the world are suffering from impacts of climate change, for instance from water and food scarcity. Therefore it is essential that particularly the youth starts to play a more active role in fighting climate change. The aim of the IX regional KAS-fellows-meeting in the Balkans is to raise ecological awareness of the participants in order to stop the confining pollution of their environment.

We hope that the KAS fellows will on their meeting with other fellows from different cultural and historical backgrounds look jointly at the challenges and to bring forward fresh idees for civil society as well as especially its youth on how to best confront climate change.
