This game centers around the question of transitional justice in the fictitious, formerly totalitarian state of Carillia, where the old regime committed abuse of democratic freedom rights as well as human rights.

This "Draft Resolution" is a result of the simulatin game held in Sarajevo from 28 till 31 october 2009.
