This report provides a comprehensive analysis of the participation of Members of Parliament, with a specific focus to the third session (2005) of the life of the 9th Parliament. It is the fourth in a series of earlier reports on MP's participation. Its objective is to provide insights on the work of parliament and to enhance public understanding of the institute of parliament itself.
