Launch of the MSME Info HUB: Strengthening Namibia’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

The MSME Info HUB is a new digital platform developed through the partnership between Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Namibia-Angola and the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) to strengthen support for micro, small and medium enterprises across Namibia. Created in response to insights gathered through consultations with entrepreneurs and business support organisations nationwide, the platform addresses a key challenge within the ecosystem: fragmentation. Many MSMEs often struggle to identify where to access support, what services are available, and how to connect with the right opportunities. By bringing business support services, resources, and opportunities into one accessible digital space, the MSME Info HUB improves coordination, increases visibility, and reduces duplication of efforts across the sector. It also enables MSMEs to build stronger business profiles, track their growth journey, and connect more effectively with the broader support ecosystem.
