Political Parties Capacity Building Workshop 2026

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Namibia-Angola Office will facilitate a four-day workshop for political parties from 16–19 June 2026. The workshop aims to strengthen the capacity of political party leaders and representatives by providing a platform for learning, dialogue and the exchange of best practices. Discussions will cover a range of topics, including political communication, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and contemporary challenges facing political parties. Through interactive sessions and expert-led discussions, participants will explore practical approaches to strengthening leadership structures, improving communication strategies, and enhancing democratic participation within their respective organisations. The workshop forms part of KAS's ongoing commitment to promoting democratic governance, political dialogue, and effective leadership in Namibia and the region.
