This conference is a joint initiative of the University of the Philippines Center for Integrative and Development Studies – Strategic Studies Program, Miriam College (formerly Maryknoll), and the Ateneo School of Government through the Ateneo Policy Center, with the support of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Philippines.
