The Philippines faces a persistent gender gap in leadership, with women encountering numerous obstacles that limit their advancement despite progress made in recent decades. THAT'S HER is a comprehensive project designed to empower young and inspiring women leaders in the Philippines who made it in their respective industries such as entrepreneurship, higher education, civic society organizations, private firms, and government by offering professional development workshops, building capacity and confidence in a round table discussion.The project aims to inspire future generations, drive positive change, and contribute to economic growth. Through these efforts, THAT'S HER seeks to create a more inclusive and equitable society where women can thrive in leadership roles focus on strength-based leadership, core values, mission, and personal advisory board.
