In addition, they also talked about online homeschooling for children and youth, access to the Internet, and computer equipment for effective e-learning. The impact of the pandemic on women and especially the increase in domestic violence throughout the country was a sensitive topic that was elaborated in order to understand the situation of gender discrimination in Albania. Another aspect was the discussion on discrimination and the expansion of the police in 2020-2021 during civil demonstrations.

The ultimate goal of the conference was to elaborate some recommendations on democracy, human rights and government accountability in order to support the return of Albanian citizens to normal life.
