Last weekend, together with a group of university students, we spent our time in a training focused on effective time and self management, led by the German expert Susanne Kamp from Kamp Coaching in Berlin.
While discussing some of the best practices for managing daily tasks and responsibilities, we also identified a few of the most common challenges they face, such as:
- Excessive time spent on social media.
- The procrastination phenomenon, meaning delaying a task even when the postponement results in increased stress and consequences.
Together with trainer Kamp, we explored the causes of these behaviours and shared experiences and practical solutions to help build healthier and more productive routines.
