On February 16th, the Democratic Party of Albania presented its program for the 2025 parliamentary elections in a panel of experts dedicated to the sectors of economy, fiscal policies, and business support.
The Director of the KAS Office for Albania, Dr. Thomas Kunze, welcomed the proceedings with a video message, expressing the continued support and assistance of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation to the Democratic Party over the years, as well as Albania's journey towards the European Union. The meeting was also greeted by the leader of the Democratic Party, Mr. Sali Berisha, and Mr. Steven Bucci from the Phillip N. Truluck Center for Leadership Development, Heritage Foundation.
The discussions focused on the current trends in world trade, their impact on local realities, and how Albania should respond to these changes.
