Capacity Building of the Institution of the Ombudsman

In collaboration with the Institution of the Ombudsman, KAS organized a two-day training with expert Susanne Kamp from Kamp Coaching in Berlin, focusing on strengthening institutional capacities.

On the first day, cabinet members worked on identifying and visualizing the core elements of an organization, highlighting interdependencies, strengths, and areas for improvement.

On the second day, through a discussion with the commissioners, participants reflected on the contribution and effectiveness of their work, identifying opportunities to improve performance and increase impact on citizens.
