Study trip to Germany: New collaborations to strengthen the culture of remembrance

As part of a study trip supported by KAS Albania, representatives of the National Surveillance Museum "Haus der Blätter" visited several important institutions of the culture of remembrance in Berlin, Leipzig, Nuremberg and Munich and held expert discussions there.

The program included visits to the Berlin-Hohenschönhausen Memorial, the German Bundestag, the German Spy Museum, the Berlin Wall Memorial, the Stasi Museum, and other institutions dedicated to documenting the history of the 20th century.

The talks focused on the culture of remembrance, innovations in the museum sector and possibilities for future institutional cooperation.

An important result of this study trip was the agreement on new cooperations between the museum "Haus der Blätter" and German museum institutions. These partnerships create opportunities for joint initiatives in the field of historical remembrance culture.
