The Albania foreign office has been supporting Albanian students through a Sur-place program since 2012. In total there are 61 former Konrad Adenauer Foundation scholarship holders in Albania. On the sidelines of the selection conference for new scholarship holders, they met to exchange views on social and political issues. Petr Kasianov, violinist and former KAS scholarship holder in Russia and Italy, provided musical accompaniment for the evening.
