The first issue of the journal contains articles by eleven authors (inter alia from Belarus, Russia and Germany) and is devoted to the current topics in political science theory, government action and state administration in the international context.

In order to enrich the publication with new ideas and to get deep and varied insights into the mechanisms of consideration of social interests in legislation and governmental and administrative action, the Belarus Country Office invited experts of the Department to participate in a study trip to Germany.

The journal also contains an article on government relations, written by Dr Wolfgang Sender, Country Director of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung for Belarus.

The journal provides many new impulses for public discussion not only in Belarus, but also in its neighbour states.
