Details
Given the scenario of problems facing humanity at the global, regional and local levels within the framework of environmental security, it is important to identify and analyze what environmental security strategies are formulated and implemented by States, international and regional organizations and non-State actors to address the threats and risks they perceive and the challenges they face.
This project aims to emphasize the importance of creating and maintaining an environmental safety net in Latin America. Therefore, in 2021 and 2022 we addressed the basic concept of environmental security and held general discussions on the environmental security situation in Latin America and the main problems that arise in each of the sub-regions that, for political and environmental reasons, are part of it.
