The forum "Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development" was co-organised by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. It offered the opportunity to young people from Athens to inform themselves about the latest developments, the chances and prospects that 20 main sectors of the Greek Economy offer to them.
This year the program included more than 30 panel-discussions. The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung invited Dr. Merle Fuchs to the panel "Successful Examples of start-ups". Dr. Merle Fuchs is the Founder & CEO of TechnologieContor in the German city Gera and advisor for start-ups. Second guest of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung was Jan-Eric Bandera, who participated in the panel discussion about the importance of research centres for innovation and entrepreneurial success. Jan-Eric Bandera is director at the Steinbeis-Enterprise Economy and Technology Policy Dialogue, based in Stuttgart, Germany. Both experts actively engaged themselves in the discussions and in answering to questions.
More than 2.800 young entrepreneurs, start-uppers and students visited this year's "Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development". The young audience made the most out of the presentations of the experts. They also seized their opportunity to ask for tips and advice from entrepreneurs, who set the example by making it through the crisis and by successfully opting for more innovation, exports and a larger job market.
