This training aims to encourage women parliamentarians to be committed, accountable, uphold high integrity, be trustworthy, and competent in carrying out their main duties and functions in parliament. In addition, through this training, women parliamentarians are expected to develop resilience and competitiveness in advocating for policies that represent their constituents during the 2024–2029 term.
