At the end of their visit to Japan for the "Germany-Japan-Russia" symposium on October 7, Dr. Joachim Pfeiffer, Economic Policy Spokesman of the CDU/CSU Parliamentary Group, and Prof. Dr. Friedbert Pflüger, Director of European Center for Energy and Ressource Security (EUCERS), met with representatives of the JIJI Press, the Nihon Keizai Shinbun and the Fujitu Research Institute for an experts' meeting on "Energy and Economic Policies in Germany and Japan in Comparison: What Can We Learn from Each Other?" on the following day.
