Since the chance of constitution in 2010, the policy in Kenya based mainly on the principles of subsidiary and participation. But most people do not know about their rights and even if they miss experience how they can participate actively in decision processes. Therefor the participants of this workshop will learn about experience in Germany about participation in city planning. By comparing this German experience with their own they shall define a Kenyan-Way of participation.
