The Christian Schwarz Schilling Project (CSSP) in Kosovo in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Prishtina are organizing a conference of the network of inter-ethnic committees of the Gjilane region (Novo Brdo, Kamenica, Raniluk, Partesh, Pasjan, Kllokot, Vitia, Kaqanik and Hani i Elezit) and Strpce as well as Ferizaj/Urosevac. At this conference the topics will be the daily challenges of communication and solution finding between each other and about constructive cooperation with the local government, the council and the mayor as well as about the needs and the challenges of the Communities Committees (CC's).

For the first time representatives of the local councils (the CC’s are there not yet functional) of the four northern municipalities and members of CC’s in Mitrovica North are invited as a transfer of the experiences of the members of the committees in the south to the north seems to be useful.
