Together with the Croatian County Association (CCA) and the Žuta točka Institute, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation organized a conferene on „Building a philanthropy and fundraising culture in Croatia“ in Zagreb from March 29th to 31st, 2023. The conference is intended to contribute to building a successful fundraising culture in Croatia in order to improve the level of fundraising knowledge in society. The conference should also contribute to the creation of scenarios for crisis communication, making contact with donors and solving complaints. During the conference, participants also discussed strategic planning tools for the successful governance of NGOs and the importance of transparent NGO financial reporting to the functioning of any non-profit organization.
