Democracy and the Power of Judgment

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung organised with the Department of Philosophy of the University of Zadar from October 1st to 3rd, 2020 in Zadar symposium on "Democracy and Judgment". With the participation of the Vice-Rector of the University of Zadar Prof. Slaven Zjalić, PhD and the Head of the Department of Philosophy, Marko Vučetić, PhD, Prof.Jure Zovko, PhD, discussed with other representatives of the European universities the importance of truth in the development of politics, the cultivation of political thought, the relationship between politics, law and religion as well as the power of judgment in democracy as the basis for an open society. The event was carried out taking into account all epidemiological regulations.
