MAK-GER Forum

The Forum aims to give an overview of the current economic situation, but also to offer suggestions for solutions for the challenges facing the Macedonian and European economy. 

The Forum will be held on 02 November 2022 (Wednesday) from 14:00 till 17:30 h in Ragusa Rooftop (Parking garage "26 July", St. Cyril and Methodius No. 1).
The registration of the participants starts at 13:30.

The panel discussion will be attended by following speakers:
Fatmir Bitikji, Deputy of the Prime Minister in charge of economic affairs, coordination of economic sectors and investments (tbc)
Veliko Zhelev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hydrostroy AD 
Dieter Althaus, Vice President Governmental Affairs Magna Europe
Tim Peter, Advisor at the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation for Europe’s Competitiveness
Viktor Mizo, Managing Director of KOSTAL 
Pavlina Zdraveva, Expert on environment
Johannes Heidecker, Advisor at Office of the Prime Minister 

The event will be opened by Daniel Braun, Official representative of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Patrick Martens, Delegate of German Industry and Commerce in North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania, Zoran Necev, Head of the EU Department at the Institute for Democracy “Societas Civilis”-Skopje (IDSCS) and  H.E. Anke Holstein, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in North Macedonia

The panel discussion will be moderated by Nikica Mojsoska Blazevski, Macedonia 2025, Chief Executive Officer.
After the panel discussion, a cocktail will be organised for the attendees. 

The working languages ​​of the event are Macedonian, German and English (with simultaneous interpretation provided).
