A new trilateral cooperation has been started between the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ; Local Governance Reform Programme) and the Institute for Community Partnership (ICP) of the Bethlehem University to support the continuity and advancement of the only professional diploma in public administration in the West Bank for the years 2017 and 2018.

Out of our diligent concern to fill the gap between the life-long learning mechanisms and the short-term capacity development measures, we agreed to target the public sector employees and local councils in particular with a special focus on the participation of the village councils’ employees.

The selection process has already started and the first day of class will be the 31st of March 2017.
