The workshop titled "Transformative Constitutionalism in Asia: Exploring the Potential and the Challenges" brought together a group of judges, lawyers, scholars and legal educators, to critically interrogate the concept of ‘transformative constitutionalism’ as it has been articulated in different courts and its relevance to the multiple legal and political traditions of Asia. Apart from the workshop, ROLPA also organised a half-day public event to be held in the afternoon of Friday, 31 May 2019, on the topic titled “Constitutions at Times of Political Crisis”.
