The seminar shall serve as a pre-cursor to the 6th summer lecture series that shall follow on comparative constitutional law for Chinese lawyers and students of law organized in co-operation with the Peking University.

The seminar shall deliberate the different theoretical frameworks vis-à-vis the practical challenges to Asian countries with Constitutions in transition.
