The conference was organized by KAS Rule of Law Programme Asia and the "Institute of State and Law, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences". Various speakers from India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam were invited to talk about Climate Change in the ASEAN region.
