This research group brought together distinguished members of the legal fraternity from Asia and beyond, including scholars, judges and legal professionals, to engage in dialogue and reflect on the development, successes and challenges of constitutionalism in the Asian region. The diversity of the participants allowed for comparative constitutional insights in the course of panel and roundtable discussions. The session was concluded with a consideration of whether constitutionalism can be achieved to establish sustainable and democratic governments in Asia.
