Bhutan in the last two decades made significant developments in the areas of Constitutionalism, Fundamental Rights, Administrative procedure and transfer of power to the Cabinet and the elected parliament. Representatives from the administration and judiciary shall convene to discuss and share the experiences of administering the new Constitution and protection of Fundamental Rights in a workshop at Thimphu.
