This seminar focused on three countries – Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. The format was a three-part series, inviting experts from each of these countries – each talk was held in these three countries where the same panel deliberated on the issue from the context of their own country with the host country, and with a mainly domestic audience.

The first of these talks was held in Cebu, Philippines in co-operation with the University of Cebu, College of Law.
