The workshop seeks to address the following themes: (i) Constitutional literacy, rights and citizenship; (ii) State approaches to cultivating constitutional literacy, including through civic education; (iii) Non-State approaches to raising awareness of constitutional rights and responsibilities among the population in general and vulnerable groups in particular; (iv) Using Art as a medium to foster constitutional literacy; & (v) The impact of digitalization on the need for and effectiveness of constitutional literacy efforts. Experts participating in this event will include academics and practitioners from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, South Korea and United States of America.
