The event, organized by “Voluntari pentru Idei și Proiecte,” is dedicated to the topic “Invisible Wars: Understanding the Power Games between States.”
The KAS panel brings together three experts from Romania to discuss the reasons why states wage information wars, the methods and tools used for influence and disinformation, and the fertile ground—the vitiated media ecosystems—where these wars have the most severe consequences.
The panel will attempt to answer the question: Who is competing for narrative power in these invisible wars, and under what conditions?
