Annual KAS/SAIIA Careers Evening 2019 (Western Cape)

The annual KAS-SAIIA careers evening is a platform for learners and students to exchange, to network and to explore possible career opportunities in the political field. Participants get the chance to meet potential employers and receive information about internships and scholarship programmes.

On the upcoming career evening, the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA) and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) want to create a space for university students from the Western Cape to get into contact with different representatives of several interesting and inspiring organizations and companies. A carefully selected framework of guests facilitates intensive exchange and the introduction of new perspectives. Besides from the booths of the different exhibitors, keynote speeches will serve as an inspiration and as impulses for conversation. Among the invited guests and exhibitors are representatives from various organizations, such as think tanks and research institutes.

Mike Spicer, former Vice President, Corporate and Africa at Business Leadership South Africa

Mabel Sithole, Building Bridges at The Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance
