This workshop is jointly organized by the North-West University and the KAS. The aim of the workshop is to identify critical challenges for the internal design and administrative design of medium-sized local municipalities. The workshop will also help to build capacity by way of focused and facilitated discussions among such municipalities in the North-West and surrounding provinces.
