This community engagement platform serves to discuss challenges and progress of local government performance with the service recipients and mandated representatives. Monitoring government processes is a civic duty - We provide the platform for an exchange on the monitoring outcomes .

The measure is part of the project SPACE (Strengthening Performance and Accountability through Community Engagement)

The project SPACE runs under the EU-funded programme "Development Initiative for Northern Uganda" coordinated by the Government of Uganda.
KAS implements SPACE in the six action districts Arua, Gulu, Lira, Amuria, Napak and Moroto.
