IYOP is a forum that brings together young leaders from the seven major parties of Uganda. Having supported its establishment in 2012, KAS is now working with the young leaders to develop a set of interventions that will strengthen the capacity of the youth as effective actors in Uganda's prularistic system. Through an action planning approach the the February workshop will set the basis for all other interventions accross the year.
