In an effort to develop robust policy alternatives for Uganda’s development the Democratic Party will hold this workshop. It will create platform where representatives from the party’s national executive committee with discuss selected policy areas and develop party positions on them. A dialogue to be held later shall be a basis for building consensus on these positions with other party members. The final policy paper shall be presented to the nation and will be promoted by the DP leadership including by the party’s members in parliament.
