In the wake of several challenges to local and international trade experts and interested stakeholders will meet in the dialogue framework to examine gaps within existing policies. Special attention will be paid to the principles of Social Market Economy and how these can be applied in reforming trade policies in Uganda. It is expected that at the end of the dialogue a range of policy suggestions will be made available to government and other interested stakeholders.
